A day after its 29 October vote, the FCC released the text of Report and Order FCC 26-72 lifting the 1991 airborne ban in 824–849 and 869–894 MHz for drones. A new footnote notes SpaceX's 9 October application to acquire Grain and T-Mobile licences at 817–824 and 862–869 MHz and expects drones to coexist with potential mobile and direct-to-device operations. The 19 November meeting will vote on 450 MHz drone links and 24.45–24.65 GHz counter-drone radar.
