Markéta Pekarová Adamová, former speaker of the Czech Chamber of Deputies, told the opening of the Global UAV Academy in Taipei that Czech manufacturers intend to set up drone assembly lines in Taiwan. Named firms were interceptor maker AVEC Systems, navigation-software developer Digitech Automotive, counter-drone specialist JISER and Farpoint, which has already certified 24 operators in Chiayi; according to DSET, Czechia is the largest importer of Taiwanese drones and components. All of this remains at the level of stated intent, with no contracts.
