Ukraine's Defence Intelligence (HUR) said on 28 October, citing satellite imagery, that Russia is building a launch site about 3.5 km from Millerovo airfield in Rostov Oblast for jet-powered Geran-4/5 drones, with capacity for up to 100 launches a day once complete. HUR says it would add to at least 12 existing sites and may be preparation for intensified winter attacks, and claims an updated Geran-4 carries additional autonomous navigation and a warhead designed for bridges and transmission towers. No imagery was released and no independent confirmation has been reported (B3).
